I began my real estate career in 1977,  and I have embraced the principles of honesty, integrity and commitment. Utilizing my collective & comprehensive knowledge of real estate, housing types, design, and expertise in residential construction, I focus on the detail of each transaction to ensure success for my clients. This is also facilitated through the collaborative efforts of the many members of our team who are dedicated to the success of your housing transaction.

I can providing valuable insights throughout the process. Whether it be explaining the many mortgage options and understanding the benefits of each for you to choose the right one for your circumstances. Additionally, understanding construction types, methods, materials and how inspections may vary with each and can be complex. I can provide valuable information through the process and ensure you obtain the right inspections and understand issues that may arise. Negotiations are always a big part in buying and selling. I strive to help you understand the issues, your options, and create an agreement that satisfies your objectives.
